Each territory is assigned to only one broker at a time. Once a metro or territory is taken, it becomes unavailable and is placed on a waitlist. This protects each broker’s market and avoids competing campaigns in the same territory.

Most brokers start with one metro or state territory and expand after validating lead flow.

Campaigns typically take approximately 3 weeks to launch. This allows time for domain setup, inbox configuration, email warm-up, campaign customization, and onboarding.

The setup fee is charged upfront. Monthly billing begins once campaigns are live and emails are actively being sent. We do not charge the monthly subscription during the setup and warm-up phase.

Yes. Each territory is assigned to only one broker at a time. Once a territory is taken, it becomes unavailable and is placed on a waitlist.

Pricing starts with one primary metro or statewide territory. Brokers can add additional metro territories or Rest of State / non-metro coverage where applicable.

Rest of State coverage is generally available for larger states such as Texas, Illinois, Florida, Ohio, California, and New York.

For states with multiple major metros, Rest of State coverage applies only to the non-major metro and secondary market areas outside the primary metros already selected.

No. We do not manage NDA processes, valuation discussions, deal negotiations, or transaction workflows. Our role is limited to seller lead generation, initial response handling, qualification, and scheduling, depending on the selected plan.

If agreed activity levels are not met during an active campaign period, we provide account credits and, in certain cases, partial refunds, subject to the terms outlined in your quote and onboarding agreement.
