Most brokers start with one metro or state territory and expand after validating lead flow.

When do campaigns start?
Campaigns typically take approximately 3 weeks to launch. This allows time for domain setup, inbox configuration, email warm-up, campaign customization, and onboarding.
When does monthly billing begin?
The setup fee is charged upfront. Monthly billing begins once campaigns are live and emails are actively being sent. We do not charge the monthly subscription during the setup and warm-up phase.
Are territories exclusive?
Yes. Each territory is assigned to only one broker at a time. Once a territory is taken, it becomes unavailable and is placed on a waitlist.
What counts as a territory?
Pricing starts with one primary metro territory. Brokers can add additional metro territories or Rest of State / non-metro coverage. Custom territories are available upon request.
Do you handle NDA flows or deal negotiations?
No. We do not manage NDA processes, buyer qualification, valuation discussions, deal negotiations, or transaction workflows. Our role is limited to seller lead generation, initial response handling, qualification, and scheduling depending on the selected plan.
Do you guarantee listings?
No. We do not guarantee listings, signed clients, or closed transactions.

We offer a minimum activity guarantee, meaning if agreed activity levels are not met, we provide account credits or, in certain cases, partial refunds, as outlined in your quote. Activity is defined as direct responses from business owners indicating interest in selling, discussing a potential sale, or scheduling a conversation.
Can I expand into more territories later?
Yes. Brokers can add additional metros or Rest of State coverage if those territories are still available.
